Keto Overnight Oats

Serves 2

 If you do not have time in the morning to cook, our overnight oats are perfect for you! Let them sit all night and they are ready to eat in the morning!

Prep Time: 15 minutes to overnight

Cooking Time: 0 minutes



 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

½ cup dried & unsweetened coconut flakes

½ cup plain & unsweetened almond milk

Pinch of sea salt

2 tablespoons plain & unsweetened Greek yogurt

½ cup blueberries

¼ cup frozen raspberries, defrosted

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter



 In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients except the blueberries and peanut butter.

 Allow melding together for 15 minutes or up to overnight in the fridge.

 When ready to serve, top with blueberries, raspberries, peanut butter, and optional additional hemp seeds.

 Store any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for 1-2 days.
