Ranch & Goat Cheese Spinach Dip

Serves 8

 Enjoy this Ranch & Goat cheese spinach dip with these crispy low carb chips, The sweet BBQ chips go amazing with the saltiness of the dip!


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes



 1 tablespoon ghee or butter

2 cups frozen spinach

1 cup ranch dressing

1 teaspoon of sea salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon chicken seasoning blend, such as Trader Joe’s 21 Seasonings

1 cup (4 ounces) shredded goat’s milk cheddar cheese   

½ cup fresh parsley, minced

2 whole scallions, minced

Real Ketones Chips and or celery for serving



 Add ghee or butter to a medium size skillet set to low heat.

 Add frozen spinach along with the other ingredients except for the chips and or celery.

 Stir the dip often as it melts and combines into a creamy dip.

 Once everything has melted together, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl with Real Ketones chips and or chopped celery.
