Pumpkin Spice Latte ☕

What you will need:

  • Frother/blender
  • 8-12oz of your favorite coffee
  • 1 shot of espresso (make it double if you're Black Friday shopping!)
  • 1 scoop of  Real Ketones Whey Protein Powder(your preference of flavor!)
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice 
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • Stevia to taste

How to make it:

Looking for the perfect breakfast to hold you over until dinner on Thanksgiving? What about something to keep you going after the Thanksgiving festivities have died down and it's time to snag some deals for Black Friday? Why not have the best of both worlds with our version of a PSL (pumpkin spice latte).

  1. Grab your most festive mug (a standard mug will do, I guess) and pour into it 8-12 oz of your preferred coffee, piping hot.
  2. Add in your shot(s) of espresso!
  3. Scoop in your Prime protein and stir until well combined.
  4. Add your butter and stir until melted.
  5. Add in your heavy whipping cream, spice, and stevia.
  6. Pour the contents into your blender and blend until your coffee is well frothed
  7. Slowly pour your coffee back into your mug
  8. Sip, sip, away!
