Bell Pepper Pizzas

Cooking Time: 10 minutes



1 red bell peppers, cored, seeded and sliced in quarters

4 slices of deli turkey

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

½ cup shredded cheese

1 teaspoon of sea salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried basil

10 green olives, chopped

¼ cup microgreens



 Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit if using an oven or skip this step if using a microwave. 

 Arrange bell pepper slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or on a microwave-safe plate.

 Spread mayonnaise on each piece of pepper, followed by a slice of turkey, shredded cheese, sea salt, black pepper, dried basil, and chopped green olives.

 Heat in the oven until the cheese is bubbly, about 10 minutes or microwave until cheese is melted.
