Blackberry Cream Smoothie

Serves 1

 This creamy shake is quick, delicious, and a sure way to keep your hair, skin, and nails healthy!

Ingredients:

 1 cup of plain & unsweetened almond milk

1 cup of fresh blackberries

2 ounces of cream cheese

2 scoops of Real Ketones Prime Collagen Peptides Powder

Pinch of sea salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon vanilla bean powder

4 ice cubes

 

Instructions:

 Blend all ingredients together until very creamy and serve immediately.
