Keto Fudge Brownie Bites
Serves 4 (2 squares/serving)
Make your own keto sundae using our Keto fudge brownies as a delicious base to our vanilla bean ice cream recipe! This will beat any local ice cream shop!!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Baking Time: 1 hour in the freezer to chill
Ingredients:
2 scoops of Real Ketones Fudge Brownie Whey Protein Powder
¼ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. vanilla bean powder
1 Tbs. monk fruit sweetener
2 Tbs. stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips
2 Tbs. cashew butter
1 Tbs. coconut oil
2 Tbs. water
Instructions:
Mix all dry ingredients except chocolate chips together in one bowl and all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Combine ingredients slowly, stirring together until it is a batter consistency.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread as an even layer on a piece of parchment paper and place in the freezer until it is firm to the touch.
Cut in squares.
