Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Dip

Pumpkin Pie Spice foods fill the grocery shelves during this time of the year, but we’re betting none of them offer the benefits that our patented ketones do, so be sure to get this recipe on your menu, stat!  Tangy cream cheese and sweet holiday spices compliment Keto crudités and various meats nicely, we know you’re going to love it!

Ingredients:

 8 ounces of plain cream cheese

¼ cup of pumpkin puree  

1 teaspoon of sea salt

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 packet of Real Ketones Prime D+ Pumpkin Spice

Fresh parsley sprigs, to garnish

 

Instructions:

 Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until creamy and well combined, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. 

 Transfer dip to a bowl and serve alongside Keto crudités and various deli meats.

 Store any leftovers in a glass container in the fridge for up to a week.
