Spinach Lemon Mint Smoothie

  If you love mint just as much as we do you will love this smoothie! It is smooth, creamy, and all around has amazing flavor! And what a great way to combine multiple products!!

Ingredients:

 1 cup of water

4 cups fresh spinach

10 sprigs of fresh mint

Juice from ½ of a fresh lemon

1 scoop of Real Ketones Vanilla Cream Whey Protein Powder

1 scoop of Real Ketones Lemon Twist Prime D+

OPTIONAL: 1 scoop of Real Ketones Prime Collagen Peptides Powder

Pinch of sea salt

4 ice cubes

 

Instructions:

 Blend all ingredients together until very creamy and serve immediately.
