PB & J Snack Time Shake

Ingredients
A blender
1 serving Real Ketones Vanilla Cream Whey Protein Powder
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter (low sugar option)
2 tbsp sugar-free strawberry jelly
10-12 ice cubes
Instructions
1. Mix Prime protein, almond milk, and peanut butter all in your blender.
2. Blend until smooth. (In order to keep the jelly flavor strong, we suggest popping it in now and giving it a few pulses to incorporate it into your shake.)
